We have the pleasure of inviting you to the International Conference “CONTEMPORARY ISSUES FACING FAMILIES: Psychological, Social and Spiritual Perspectives in Dialogue”, with the main theme: “Building Resilience – Bringing Hope and Transformation”.
The conference aims to explore the complex issues and challenges facing families in the contemporary society. Through a holistic, multidisciplinary and strength-focused approach, the conference aims to facilitate an open dialogue among national and international professionals working with families in various fields of activity. It is our hope that these efforts will enable the participants to develop an authentic ability to understand the voice of the family in our societies, thus being able to meaningfully contribute to the well being of the families at a national and global level. Since knowledge does not reside only in an individual’s way of thinking but it is rather co-created through a sharing of ideas and experiences, this event is open to professionals and students from various fields such as: psychology, psychotherapy, sociology, social work, theology, education, medicine and other connected disciplines.
The papers presented will be evaluated for publication in an international volume, published by Verlag für Kultur und Wissenschaft (Culture & Science Publishing) - Bonn, Germany.
